Tasty Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients:

18 medium-size tomatillos (about two cups), husks removed, washed and finely chopped
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon sugar
2 Serrano chilies, seeds removed and finely chopped

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Serve or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
