A Fruity Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups fat free milk
1 ½ cups banana slices, frozen
1 cup frozen strawberries
Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
